Nomad in Peru’s Commitment to ESNNA Prevention

At Nomad in Peru, we reaffirm our ethical, social, and legal commitment to the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in the Tourism Sector (ESNNA), strictly complying with the regulations established by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) and current Peruvian legislation.

We recognize that the sexual exploitation of minors is a serious crime and a severe violation of human rights; therefore, we promote a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of abuse, exploitation, recruitment, complicity, or concealment, whether direct or indirect.

As a formally established tourism service provider, we undertake concrete actions such as:

  • Continuous training for our staff, partners, and tourism providers on prevention, early detection, and responsible reporting of potential cases.
  • Dissemination of preventive information across our communication channels and points of interaction with travelers.
  • Active promotion of the Code of Conduct Against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in Tourism, in compliance with Law No. 30802, which establishes protection measures and regulations for the accommodation and participation of minors in tourism activities.
  • Responsible coordination with competent authorities regarding any suspicion or indication related to ESNNA.

At Nomad in Peru, we believe in responsible, ethical, and safe tourism, where travel inspires, transforms, and protects.
We encourage our travelers, partners, and community to join this mission by reporting any irregular situation to the authorities or official channels.

Responsible travel is everyone’s duty.
